FROM THE COMMODORE:

    Founded in 1871, 2026 Marks the 155th year of the Toms River Yacht Club's proud history. I am both honored and humbled to serve as the Club's 92^nd Commodore. 
    As I walk the grounds, I am continually reminded of the vision, stewardship and devotion of those who came before me. Their legacy is deeply woven into the fabric of our Club and their example remains a constant source of inspiration.
    The Toms River Yacht Club remains a place of tradition, fellowship and purpose. From our waterfront Clubhouse and dining room to our sailing programs and social traditions, TRYC continues to offer an environment where generations of families gather, learn and thrive. I personally have seen the Club's commitment to sailing engage my son's spirit and athletic abilities to become an exemplary sailor and competitor.
     Whether you are a boater or not, we encourage participation in a wide variety of activities throughout the year. These range from Sunset Grills to Friday night Galleys, brunches, family-themed or adult parties or simply relaxing at our pool. Our food and drink options are varied and plentiful. From the Snack Shack & Pool Bar to our casual Chart Room to enjoying a delicious dinner in our main dining room or deck, you will always enjoy fresh, seasonal menus, friendly service and the most beautiful view in Toms River.
    As we embark upon the 2026 season, I encourage all members to take full part in the life of the Club to strenghthen old friendships, to forge new ones and to create lasting memories. I hope TRYC feels like a second home to you, just as it does to me. Not a member yet? Click on the link below.
